Hand Solderer Tulsa, OK Job Details Full-time 22 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Paid time off Flexible schedule Paid sick time Qualifications Record keeping Computer operation Through-hole soldering Defect detection (quality control) Finished product defect inspection Soldering Schematics Electrical schematics reading Computer literacy Assembly Surface mount soldering Power tools Hand tools Electrical soldering Full Job Description Our Printed Circuit Board assemblers are responsible for a variety of tasks during the manufacturing process. These tasks can vary week to week as we manufacture several different items.
The required skills are:
Clean, precise soldering skills required for installation of PTH and SMT electronic components Perform electronic assembly, including wire striping, wiring, crimping and soldering Read, interpret Bill of Materials (BOM) including electrical schematics Assists with performing test procedures on assemblies as directed Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and schematics Assemble chassis components using a variety of hardware Very detailed assembly involved-ATTENTION
TO DETAIL IS A MUST
Inspecting finished products for soldering defects or quality issues, and assessing if rework or repairs are needed Wiring lead preparation Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for assembly and installation tasks Perform work with minimal supervision and instruction Maintain necessary records PC skills in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Basic AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Electrical editing skills are a plus Knowledge of SMT Pick and Place operation a plus Capability to lift 40 lbs Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits Paid Vacation Time Paid Sick Leave 9 Paid, Time Off, Holidays Flexible Schedule - M-F, no night shifts, no overtime Possible Annual Bonus Small Locally Owned Business Pay is commensurate with experience.
