Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Assembly Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic components and systems with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality electronic products, ensuring they meet strict specifications and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge electro-mechanical components and develop your skills in electronics assembly and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Assemble electronic devices and components using hand tools, power tools, and surface mount technology (SMT) techniques in accordance with detailed blueprints and schematics. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints to accurately follow assembly instructions. Build electrical panels, wiring harnesses, and electro-mechanical assemblies while adhering to industry standards for electronic assembly quality. Use precision measurement tools such as calipers and ohmmeters to verify component placement, electrical continuity, and circuit integrity. Solder surface mount devices (SMD) and through-hole components with consistent quality to ensure reliable electrical connections. Troubleshoot engineering issues by diagnosing faults in assemblies or systems through electrical testing and schematic analysis. Maintain a clean, organized work environment while following safety protocols related to electrical wiring, machining, and the use of power tools. Experience Proven experience in electronics assembly within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong understanding of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly processes, including surface mount technology (SMT) and electrical wiring. Familiarity with reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately. Hands-on experience with soldering techniques compliant with IPC 610 standards. Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes such as machining or mechanical component installation is a plus. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement instruments effectively.
