We are seeking a Mechanical assembler for an LED manufacturing company located in Azusa, CA. This is a temp to hire opportunity. Monday-Friday 7:00A-3:30

PM Rate:

$19-21/HR

• Under direct supervision, performs basic and routine electro-mechanical assembly operations.
• Utilize hand held tools such as hand held screw drivers, pliers, crimpers , power drills and mechanical assembly machines .
• Read, interpret and follow basic exploded drawings, specification, MSI and bill of Material or any other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble product.
• Knowledge and skills to use chemicals such as conformal coating epoxy, heat sink compound and different types of glue used on Electro- Mechanical Assembly.
• Perform Quality work check to insure the product and process meets quality standards.
• Maintain inventory of supplies needed for job at work stations (screws, nuts, washers, etc.…)
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND/OR PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ABILITIES

• Use of tools such as drills, screw drivers, pliers, crimpers and other power hand-held tools.
• Basic reading and writing skills. Must be able to follow directions in English.
• Ability to perform work accurately , thoroughly with high attention to detail
• Regularly possess manual dexterity to put parts and pieces together quickly and accurately.
• Regularly perform repetitive tasks.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years mechanical assembly experience may be required.

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
