Full-time Full Job Description Full Steam Staffing is hiring reliable and energetic Assembly Line Workers to join our manufacturing and production team. In this fast-paced position, you will assemble parts, inspect finished goods, and ensure products are built to client specifications along a high-speed production line.

Responsibilities:

Assemble component parts on a continuous assembly line using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and job tickets accurately Inspect products during and after assembly to ensure high-quality standards and detect defects Feed raw materials into production equipment and clear jams or basic line obstructions Package, label, and box finished goods for final shipping Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation, strictly following all safety protocols

Schedule:

1st

Shift:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday through Friday; occasional overtime or weekend hours may be required)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments preferred Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for the duration of the shift Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in repetitive tasks Dependable work ethic with reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
