Full-Time Position Overview This hands-on role supports a variety of manufacturing operations, including electro-mechanical assembly, soldering, conformal coating, product testing, and quality inspections. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Assemble electro-mechanical products and subassemblies Perform conformal coating, masking, touch-up work, and RTV application Complete through-hole and basic SMT soldering tasks Prepare components using hand and pneumatic tools Perform basic product testing and verification Read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and specifications Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards Maintain adherence to IPC, ESD, ISO, and internal manufacturing procedures Enter production data and completed work into the ERP system Support multiple production areas as business needs require Qualifications At least 1 year of electro-mechanical assembly or related manufacturing experience Familiarity with
