Job Description
Mechanical Assembler Build the Machines That Power Modern Manufacturing We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our team and play a key role in the assembly of precision CNC machines. In this hands-on position, you will assemble equipment from the ground up using a variety of hand and power tools while following detailed work instructions. If you enjoy working with mechanical systems, reading assembly instructions, and building high-quality products, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Assemble CNC machines and mechanical components from the ground up. Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete mechanical assemblies. Install and fit parts ranging in size from small components to large machine assemblies. Follow detailed written work instructions and assembly procedures provided on an iPad. Utilize verbal instructions and guidance from supervisors and team members when needed. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical environment. Ability to read and follow written instructions and assembly diagrams. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working with components of varying sizes and weights. Prior mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or CNC machine assembly experience is preferred. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
