Assembler (Light Mechanical Assembly)

Sagle, ID Join Our Team! We are looking for dependable Light Mechanical Assemblers to join our manufacturing team in the Sagle/Sandpoint area. If you enjoy working with your hands, following detailed instructions, and assembling quality products, we'd love to hear from you. Experience with crafting, hobbies, or other hands-on work is a plus! Responsibilities Assemble electro-mechanical products by following written work instructions. Build units, fabricate cables, and solder circuit boards at an assembly workstation. Use tools such as soldering irons, oscilloscopes, and various hand tools. Apply materials including epoxy, sealants, adhesives, and cleaning solutions. Perform additional assembly and production tasks as assigned. Qualifications Ability to read and follow written instructions. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small components. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous assembly, manufacturing, electronics, or soldering experience is helpful but not required. Schedule & Pay Full-Time Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM $16.00-$18.00 per hour , depending on experience Physical Requirements Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. Sit for extended periods while performing detailed assembly work. Frequently use hands, arms, and upper body throughout the shift. Lift and move 10-20 pounds on a regular basis. Bend, stoop, reach, and retrieve materials throughout the workday. Ability to distinguish colors accurately (required for identifying wire colors). Good close-up vision for assembling small components (corrective lenses are acceptable). Comfortable working with epoxies, adhesives, sealants, and similar materials.
