Job Description

Mechanical Assembler Franklin, MA Schedule:
8:00 am
  • 5:00 pm Monday
  • Friday Pay:
    $22
  • 26/hr an hour
General Description:
This is a general assembly/production position performing the mechanical assembly and kitting of products. Additional responsibilities include disassembly, cleaning, and reclamation of materials from used products and periodic assistance with the packaging of products in preparation for shipping.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilizes basic hand tools to produce sub-assemblies and final assemblies consisting of fabricated sheet metal, machined components, electrical and electronic components, as well as other materials Works from visual aids, manufacturing orders, assembly instructions, and verbal instructions Inspection and test of in-process and incoming materials as assigned Dis-assemble, evaluate, and clean returned filters in preparation for rebuilding
Requirements and Qualifications:
2 years of mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment Must be capable of comprehending written, visual and verbal instructions, and of writing accurate records Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without apparatus, heavier items with lifting equipment If interested, please send resumes to
