Job Description
Role Summary Possess a background in electro-mechanical assembly and system testing. Demonstrate expertise in instrument assembly, functional and release testing for moderately complex devices, and work experience within production manufacturing or GMP settings. Execute production assembly tasks alongside comprehensive system analysis, testing, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality output. Apply fundamental electrical, mechanical, or software diagnostic skills to resolve issues in non-functional equipment, helping to maintain efficient production workflows. Determine appropriate solutions based on established instrument performance pass/fail criteria to ensure all products meet quality standards. Recognize and report any complications related to instrument testing procedures to help the team maintain operational integrity. Serve as the primary technical resource regarding the functional performance of our instruments. Demonstrate the ability to construct, integrate, and fully comprehend the complete assembly lifecycle and specifications for any instrument within the production facility. Achieve proficiency in all testing protocols for at least one moderately complex instrument, covering both functional and release testing phases. Evaluate test data and results to verify pass/fail status and implement corrective actions when failures occur to improve overall production reliability. Develop system performance enhancements for movement or light systems by leveraging insights gained from pass/fail data analysis.
