Our collaborative culture fosters an environment where each team member's ideas are valued, and their contributions make a significant impact Responsibilities Assemble custom machinery, automation systems, workstations, and turnkey industrial solutions according to engineering drawings and specifications. Interpret and work from mechanical blueprints, assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and bills of material (BOMs). Identify and resolve assembly, wiring, and mechanical issues during the build process. Work closely with engineering, project management, and sales teams to support project completion and customer requirements. Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments (both inch and millimeter units), and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively. Operate mill, saws, drill press, tappers, and hi-lo. Ability to fabricate parts from aluminum extrusion and raw materials. Experience 2+ years of experience in machine assembly, industrial equipment manufacturing, panel building, maintenance, or a related field preferred. Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings. Experience wiring control panels and industrial automation equipment preferred. Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, robotics, or automated systems is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. High school diploma, or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge. Strong math and measuring skills. Ability and motivation to maintain good attendance, high productivity and a positive attitude. Ability and experience to earn a forklift permit.
