    • Job Overview
    • We are seeking a
    • Mechanical Assembler / Manufacturing Operator B
    • to join our production team. In this role, you will perform mechanical assembly, sub-assembly, washing, rework, repair operations, and pallet loading while ensuring products meet quality and customer standards. This position is ideal for individuals with assembly experience who enjoy working with tools and contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
    • Responsibilities
    • + Assemble line components and mechanical sub-assemblies according to work instructions and blueprints.
    + Use hand tools and power tools to build, inspect, and test products. + Perform material washing and final washing operations. + Conduct rework and repair activities on products that do not meet specifications. + Operate equipment used for deburring, grinding, and general production tasks. + Perform visual inspections and verify product quality using measuring and testing equipment. + Load pallets and complete material handling tasks as needed. + Complete production and quality documentation, including scrap tags and work records. + Escalate equipment, tooling, material, and quality concerns to the Line Lead or Supervisor. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. + Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

    • + Mechanical assembly experience preferred. + Experience using hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read and follow work instructions. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to stand for the entire shift. + Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

    • + 6+ months of manufacturing or assembly experience. + Blueprint reading experience. + Experience with deburring, grinding, or machine operation. + Experience completing production or quality documentation. + Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
