Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical work instructions Proficiency with common hand tools and power tools Ability to assemble, fit, align, and secure mechanical components and subassemblies Ability to inspect completed assemblies for fit, function, workmanship, and quality Preferred Skills Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience Experience with foam encapsulation Experience with staking processes Experience working from assembly specifications and controlled manufacturing documentation Job Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies into finished products Fit, align, and secure parts using hand and power tools Follow blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and assembly specifications Perform foam encapsulation processes as required Perform staking operations according to established procedures Inspect completed assemblies for proper fit and function Verify workmanship and quality against applicable standards Support production and assembly requirements according to established procedures
Pay:
