Job Description

Schedule:
2nd or 3rd shift, Train on 1st shift
Pay:
STARTING
$17-$20 /HR + $2,600 Sign-On Bonus + $3.00/hr shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shift Primary Responsibilities Operate machine tools, special-purpose machines, or industrial robots to produce metal parts to specification Read blueprints and follow tooling instructions and job travelers Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Complete secondary operations including deburring, cleaning, and part finishing Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Rotate between departments such as CNC, welding, assembly, and blanking as needed Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred 3-6 months of related experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools Basic math, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills Able to stand for full shift and lift up to 50 lbs Equal Opportunity Employer - Veterans & Individuals with Disabilities Encouraged to Apply
