Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Worker, where your energy and mechanical skills will drive the creation of high-quality products in a fast-paced factory environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative assembly line, utilizing hand tools, power tools, and forklift operations to ensure smooth production flow. Your attention to detail and safety awareness will contribute to maintaining a productive and safe manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials, finished products, and supplies within the warehouse and manufacturing floor Assist with assembly line tasks, including assembling components using hand tools and power tools Conduct quality checks on products during various stages of production to ensure standards are met Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance Maintain cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing area to promote safety and efficiency Support warehouse activities such as inventory management, loading, unloading, and stock replenishment Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately Experience Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly preferred Hands-on experience with assembly lines and using hand tools or power tools is advantageous Warehouse experience involving forklift operation is a strong plus, with certification preferred but not required Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment troubleshooting and maintenance Familiarity with manufacturing processes and safety standards in a production environment This role offers an energetic work atmosphere where your proactive approach will be valued.
