We are hiring a Fabrication Utility for 1st and 2nd shift fabrication work at the North East shop. The ideal Utility is dependable, safety-minded, able to read blueprints, and ready to learn multiple areas of sheet metal fabrication. $1,000 Sign-on Bonus!

four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday Attendance incentive on top of base pay Shift differential for 2nd shift On-the-job training to build a career in manufacturing Rewards Medical benefits Paid time off 401(k) Attendance incentive 2nd shift differential Hands-on training and advancement opportunities Requirements Must be able to read and interpret blueprints Ability to follow directions, learn quickly, and work well with a team Ability to read process sheets and technical documents Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 55 lbs. independently and up to 70 lbs. with team lift or equipment assistance Ability to stand, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, climb, and walk during a 10-hour shift Manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred Responsibilities As a Fabrication Utility, you will set up and support fabrication equipment such as spot weld, PEM insertion, graining, sanding, and assembly workstations. Complete process checks to confirm tolerances, machine function, material accuracy, and quality standards. Keep work areas, machines, and tools clean and communicate job status, urgent items, and equipment concerns to the next shift.
