• What You'll Do:

• + Assemble, install, align, adjust, and fit subassemblies and parts using appropriate tools and fixtures per work instructions + Clean parts using acetone, braze assemble components per work instructions + Perform preset calibration and final testing on sub-assemblies or complete units + Clean parts and maintain tooling and equipment per work instructions + Perform precision measurements using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and CMMs.

+ Collaborate in a team environment focused on lean manufacturing, safety, and productivity. + Take ownership of compliance, safety, quality, and efficiency. + Utilize computer programs to enter part data (e.g., serial number), log time, look up instructions + Utilize work instructions, set-up sheets and method documents to correctly set up machines and inspect machined parts. + _Ability to work overtime, with or without reasonable accommodation_ + _Ability to work occasional weekend shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation_

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required. 2-5 years of related work experience. +

• Technical Proficiency:

• Ability to read blueprints, perform shop math, and use precision measurement equipment. +

• Flexibility:

• Willingness to work 2nd shift (2 PM - 10:30 PM, M-F) and overtime when needed. +

• Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.). with or without reasonable accommodation + Must pass a background check and drug screen. + Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
