A leading manufacturer of advanced drive technology is hiring Motor Assemblers for a direct-hire opportunity. In this role, you will assemble gear reducers, gear motors, and precision drive components in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Pay:

$23.96 per hour

Hours:

2nd shift M-T, 3:00 pm - 1:30 am

OT Available Responsibilities:

Assemble motors and drive components according to work orders and blueprints Verify work order accuracy and component specifications Perform visual quality inspections on parts and finished assemblies Test completed units for proper function and audible performance Troubleshoot and correct issues such as noise or leakage Participate in continuous improvement, quality, and safety initiatives Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred Ability to read basic work instructions and blueprints Basic math and measurement skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
