00/hr | 1st Shift | Temp-to-Hire About the Role We are looking for a Dice/Laser/UltraVia Floater to support multiple operations within our Laser, Dice, and UltraVia manufacturing areas. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with specialized equipment, can be cross-trained across multiple areas, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Shift Details 1st

Shift:

7:00 AM

• 4:30 PM | 9-hour shift | Every other Friday off Responsibilities Set-up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot assigned machinery across Dice, Laser, and UltraVia areas Select and verify correct programs for each work order prior to processing Perform visual microscope inspection as required, up to 2-3 hours per day Perform 100% visual inspection before advancing product to the next operation Document production activities in ERP system and quality databases Maintain a clean and orderly work area Requirements High School diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred Comfortable operating industrial equipment and being cross-trained across multiple areas Ability to read and interpret dimensional drawings and work instructions Compensation & Benefits $21.
