Description Prepares parts and assemblies by shot blasting to stage for finished product; meets defined production standards, schedules, and quality requirements. Properly operates blast equipment to achieve customer requirements and follow proper procedures. Work with blast system and various tools for the completion of product to quality standards. Stage parts and welded assemblies for blasting processes
Prepare and setup of necessary tools and equipment for blasting
Inspect blast units for proper profile requirements, hoses, and nozzles
Review of finished assemblies, parts, and product to quality requirements
Report production issues and assist in resolutions as required
Monitor dust collector and empty daily if needed
Maintain safety requirements
