Proficient in concrete mix designs and effects of its usage. ACI Flatwork Finisher Certification. Summary The Finisher Foreperson is responsible for assigned facets of concrete placement, finishing and curing. Provides direction and supervision to assigned personnel and determines when to delegate or actually perform the work. May be required to drive Baker vehicles and must comply with Company and DOT regulations. The Finisher Foreperson is the lead trainer for the crew. Responsibilities Plans, Coordinates, and Executes Placement of Concrete Provides Direction for Crew Ensures a Safe Work Environment Participates in Training/Certifications
