Operate electrostatic spray equipment to apply consistent, high-quality powder coat finishes. Conduct thorough quality inspections to verify coating thickness and coverage, performing necessary touch-ups to maintain excellence. Proactively troubleshoot surface preparation issues and identify coating defects to minimize rework. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by performing routine equipment maintenance and sanitation. Support broader manufacturing operations through efficient material handling and part staging. Accurately document production output and material usage to support inventory and quality tracking. Adhere strictly to safety protocols regarding chemical handling, ventilation, and industrial equipment operation.
