Monday - Friday, 3pm to 3am / 5pm to 5am

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Blend/Deburr to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing metal parts and components for welding by using grinders and other tools to blend, deburr, and smooth surfaces. This is a hands-on position that plays a crucial part in our fabrication and welding process.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate grinders and other hand tools to remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from metal parts.

Blend surfaces to meet required finish and quality specifications.

Inspect parts for defects or irregularities before and after processing.

Ensure parts are clean, smooth, and ready for the next stage of fabrication or welding.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about job progress and issues.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in grinding, deburring, or a similar role preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Able to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
