Machine Operator ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, load, and unload production machinery according to specificationsMonitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are metPerform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and tape measuresRead and interpret blueprints, including geometric dimensioningAccurately enter production data and transactions into company systemsFollow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work areaComplete other duties as assignedRequirements for the Machine OperatorAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishIntermediate shop math skillsBasic computer and data entry skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs using team lift or lifting devices as neededAbility to stand, walk, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shiftMust be willing to submit to required pre-employment screeningsWork EnvironmentApply online today or contact Penmac Staffing - Independence Branch (620)331-7600 for more information.
