6:00 am - 6:30 pm | Friday - Sunday Benefits of the experienced metal finisher: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Family-owned and growing company Room for advancement Paid training Stable shop with long-term customers Company-paid uniforms Company events and parties Climate-controlled environment Internal job postings for growth opportunities Duties of the experienced metal finisher: Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections using hand tools and portable grinders Operate a Timesaver or similar industrial grinding equipment (training available if needed) Use a variety of hand and power tools to finish metal parts to quality standards Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings to ensure accurate finishing Apply basic shop math to verify measurements and specifications Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency Requirements of the experienced metal finisher: At least 2 years of experience in grinding, deburring, or metal finishing Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Comfortable reading and working from blueprints and technical drawings Hands-on experience with common shop tools and equipment Ability to meet background screening requirements
