In this role, you will be responsible for applying stain and paint finishes to custom built wood cabinets Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality finished goods that meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-conscious, and possesses a strong understanding of finishing processes, materials handling, and quality control. The ability to mix and match colors is a must Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial painting environments with knowledge of coating applications such as Knowledge of quality standards in production processes and the ability to perform visual inspections against color and finish criteria. Strong understanding of safety protocols including PPE use, respirator fitting, respiratory protection practices, and safe materials handling procedures Mechanical knowledge related to surface preparation, construction painting surface preparation, and industrial painting techniques is highly desirable.
