Full-time About the Role RDF&P is a fast-paced custom metal fabrication shop looking for a Powder Coater to join our Joseph team. Our work ranges from structural pedestals used in semiconductor facilities to handrails and miscellaneous steel projects. This position requires flexibility—hours may vary based on workload, and overtime may be required . What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance (90% employer-paid after 90 days) $25,000 employer-paid life insurance policy 401(k) with up to 4% company match Aflac supplemental coverage available Key Responsibilities Prepare, clean, and treat parts for powder coating Operate spray booth and manual spray guns with proper technique Ensure correct coating and color application per work order Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete powder coating and quality documentation Safely handle materials and operate equipment, including forklifts Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Previous powder coating experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to read and follow work orders Basic math skills Effective communication skills Ability to safely use tools and production equipment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Standing for long periods of time Bending, crouching, and moving around large workpieces Comfortable working in a moderate-to-high noise environment Additional Requirements OSHA-compliant work boots required (employee-provided) Pre-employment drug screening required Schedule Monday-Friday 1 pm - 9:30 pm Varying shifts based on workflow Overtime and weekend work may be required Why RDF&P? Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
