Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of concession items including popcorn, hot dogs, nachos, pizza, beverages, and other quick-service snacks with efficiency and enthusiasm. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately, handle cash handling duties, and upsell items to maximize sales. Managing cash & card payments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the concession area, including food handling and cleaning equipment to ensure compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies promptly during shifts and after while tracking sales using retail math skills. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring quick service in a fast-paced environment. Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food prep techniques aligned with food safety standards. Support team members by working efficiently in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting, demonstrating strong time management skills to meet high-volume demands. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments is preferred; culinary or restaurant experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently and professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and inventory management. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during busy periods.
