Duties Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of kitchen areas, dining spaces, and food preparation zones during night hours Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, following safety and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, fryers, and food processing tools Manage food handling procedures to ensure freshness, safety, and compliance with health regulations Maintain a clean workspace by organizing supplies, disposing of waste properly, and adhering to sanitation protocols Support cash register operations by processing retail sales transactions accurately when required Uphold food safety standards by monitoring hygiene practices and ensuring proper storage of ingredients and supplies Skills Proven experience in food preparation or food service environments with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales transactions and order management Strong time management skills to efficiently complete cleaning routines within scheduled shifts Excellent customer service skills to assist team members or customers when needed Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely while adhering to food safety guidelines Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and inventory counts Experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is highly desirable for understanding high-volume workflows Knowledge of sanitation practices, food safety management, and proper handling procedures in the food industry Join us as a Night Scooper and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quality service while maintaining a safe and spotless environment.
