Temporary-to-Hire (Comprehensive benefits available upon direct hire) Job Summary Pettit Staffing is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Food Production Inspection/Quality Assurance Technician for a local food manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your QA career in a stable, fast-paced production environment.

Requirements Experience:

Minimum 1 year of Quality Inspection experience (Required).

Skills:

Strong attention to detail, basic math, and computer skills.

Communication:

Ability to read, write, and follow strict instructions.

Language:

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Attendance:

Must have reliable transportation and a history of excellent attendance. Key Responsibilities Perform routine quality and sanitation checks on food products and production lines. Monitor and record specifications (temperatures, weights, labels, and packaging). Complete QA documentation and enter basic data into a computer tracking system. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP procedures, and safety standards. Identify and immediately report any quality or food-safety issues to supervisors.
