What You'll Do You will work in homes, offices, and commercial spaces throughout the Greater Austin area.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assemble residential and commercial furniture Complete furniture and fixture installations Move and position heavy furniture when needed Read instructions and troubleshoot assembly issues Use common power and hand tools safely Protect the customer's home, floors, and property Keep jobsites clean and organized Communicate professionally with customers and teammates Depending on your experience, you may also perform TV mounting, shelving and cabinet installation, Murphy bed installation, concrete or masonry anchoring, commercial FF&E installation, and heavy item moving. What We're Looking For We want someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined, professional, and proud of their work. Previous experience with furniture assembly, installation, handyman work, construction, carpentry, moving, maintenance, or another hands on trade is strongly preferred. You should be comfortable solving problems independently, paying attention to small details, and taking ownership when something needs to get done. Requirements You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, legal authorization to work in the United States, and the ability to travel throughout the Greater Austin area. This is a physical position. You must be comfortable working on your feet, kneeling, working overhead, navigating stairs and tight spaces, and lifting and carrying heavy items. Some jobs require moving items weighing up to approximately 150 pounds with a partner. Our Standards Our technicians work inside people's homes and active businesses. Professionalism matters just as much as technical ability. We expect a clean appearance, respectful communication, careful protection of the customer's property, and a clean jobsite when the work is complete.
