SPI Rentals is hiring detail-oriented Property Inspectors to help maintain the quality of our vacation rental homes. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to stay on after the season based on performance and company needs.

What You'll Do:

Perform daily inspections of vacation rental properties Identify and report maintenance issues (appliances, AC, leaks, internet/TV, furniture damage, etc.) Submit work orders electronically and coordinate with maintenance Assist with quality control and special projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

Experience in property inspection, housekeeping supervision, or maintenance coordination preferred Strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation required (weekly driving per diem provided)

Schedule:
