Builds Operator The Builds Operator assembles custom projects using raw materials based on customer specifications. This role involves reading technical drawings, prepping materials, assembling orders, and ensuring accuracy and quality. Operators collaborate with team members and assist with exhibits, demos, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret assembly drawings accurately Prepare materials (e.g., load fasteners, install covers) Assemble and ship completed builds Troubleshoot errors and communicate with relevant teams Support exhibit and special project builds Perform other duties as needed

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Ability to read instructions and use hand/air tools Strong math skills, including fractions and decimals Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for 10 hours Forklift license (or ability to obtain)

Preferred:

2+ years in assembly/manufacturing Experience with 80/20 products and components
