Turret Operator Details:

Temporary position $20.00 to $22.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm) Operate turret machines to manufacture parts according to specifications. Load materials and unload finished products. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production instructions. Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns. Complete production and quality documentation accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Turret Operator Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous turret machine, CNC, or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using precision measuring instruments. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
