Key Responsibilities:

Perform deburring, grinding, and precision polishing on carbon steel and stainless steel components. Safely and effectively operate pneumatic and electric grinding tools and polishing equipment. Execute polishing finishes ranging from 70 RA (80 grit) down to a 4 RA high-grade mirror polish . Perform thorough visual inspections of finished parts to ensure full compliance with quality and tolerance specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

Hands-on experience in metal polishing, grinding, or finishing within a custom manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Tools:

Must possess a basic personal tool set (wrenches, screwdrivers, tape measure, etc.).

Quality Focus:

Strong attention to detail and ability to self-inspect work for surface flaws or non-conformances.

Soft Skills:

Excellent teamwork, communication, and professionalism on the shop floor.
