Key Responsibilities Deburr and polish precision machined parts to drawing specifications Install hardware including dowel pins, heli-coils, PEM nuts, and Twin-Certs Work with aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, and plastics Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions Use hand tools and power tools Requirements Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience Experience with deburring, finishing, or precision machining preferred Ability to read basic technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
