Your responsibilities will include:

Setting up and operating centerless grind machines according to process sheets, blueprints, and specifications Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure parts meet exact requirements Troubleshooting and processing non-conforming materials Utilizing inspection gauges and documentation to maintain quality control Operating non-grinding equipment as needed (saws, inspection tools, hand tools, etc.) May work closely with a teammate depending on the job. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicating effectively across shifts and teams

What We're Looking For Skills & Experience:

2+ years of grind operation and set-up or 5+ years operating and setting up manufacturing equipment. Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills Proficiency with inspection gauges Familiarity with twin-grip Cincinnati grinders preferred. Willingness to learn new techniques and be cross-trained in other roles. High school diploma or GED Tech/trade school, industry/equipment supplier training certificates a plus.
