Position:
Crime Scene Cleaning Supervisor Direct Report:
Operations Manager Must be able to dispatch to our office within 1hr from the service call (4 Bonnie Lane, Yorkville, IL) Travel required for jobs throughout IL, IA, WI, MI, OH, IN, MO, KY, KS, etc.

Compensation plan is structured to ensure travel and job site time is compensated accordingly.

Founded in August 2020, 360 Hazardous Cleanup specializes in 24/7 Trauma, Biohazard, & Environmental Cleanup with 35+ years of combined experience From minor to complex situations, our team of professionals offer 24/7 site-specific solutions for crime scenes, suicide, unattended death, hoarding, exposed bodily fluids, hazmat, COVID-19/Disease Disinfection, tear gas, & other environmental issues. 360 Hazardous Cleanup was founded on a guiding principle, "No Family Left Behind". Typically, we are getting called on some of the worst days of someone's life. Client interaction is a critical element in our line of work that requires a significant amount of respect, privacy, sensitivity, & professionalism. At 360 Hazardous Cleanup it is our responsibility to offer education & empowerment, so the family can make an informed decision for handling their situation.
Duties/Responsibilities:
    Client Interaction:
    ability to compassionately communicate job details with families & put them at ease
    • Responsible for overseeing team performance/effectiveness on job sites
    • Must be able to successfully write remediation reports & complete files
    • Ability to work independently at times & with little to no supervision
    • Ability to setup containments
    • Ability to execute/oversee state & federal regulations for safety practices
    • Must be detailed & task-oriented
    • Ability to utilize specialty cleaning equipment & chemical agents
    • Perform physical labor associated with cleanup activities: disposing of PPE, packing personal items of homeowner, & manipulating content
    • Perform cleaning procedures for service vehicles & uphold proper representation at our law enforcement appreciation event called, Operation Sanitization
    • Must be a self-starter What we are looking for:
    • We are seeking a Crime Scene Cleaning Supervisor candidate who is hardworking, compassionate and has a strong desire to help families in a time of need.
    As a Crime Scene Cleaning Supervisor, you will be required to respond to service calls on 24/7 schedule. In our line of work, we never know when a tragedy or catastrophe will strike. You must also be willing to travel, and depending on the situation, be flexible with multi-day travel. 360 Hazardous Cleanup will provide all lodging accommodations. While prior experience in construction, demolition, restoration, carpentry, and comparable industries are desired, it is not required. 360 Hazardous Cleanup provides comprehensive training and certification on safety and compliance, biohazard cleanup process and procedure, and customer service.     • - Independent contractor role (1099) for introductory period, depending on experience level. -After standard introductory period of 180 days with satisfactory work performance, individuals become eligible to be a W-2 employee with company benefits.
    Requirements:
    Must be 18 years of age or older Must have High school diploma or GED Must be legally eligible to work in the United States Must have a valid driver's license/ reliable transportation Must be a dependable, trustworthy, honest, & compassionate individual Must reside locally to respond to dispatch office within the allotted required time. Ability to pass background and motor vehicle check Ability to pass physical/ drug screening Ability to navigate Apple iOS products, iPhone/products Experience with Microsoft Suite products Ability to work in various working conditions Ability to wear a respirator & other necessary
    PPE Preferred Skills and Education:
    • Experience in using personal protective equipment (PPE) and electrical tools
    • Experience in bio-hazard or hazmat clean up the industry, restoration work, construction, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mold abatement, asbestos abatement, water/fire restoration, sales, law enforcement, EMT, Funeral Directors, hazardous waste, medical, or bloodborne pathogens
    • Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
    • Trade school or similar training
    • Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task 360 is recognized as a patriotic employer; although not required, military backgrounds correlate well with our industry and the families we serve.
