Job Description

Abatement Worker Personnel Evaluation, Inc. $20-$25 United States, Wisconsin, Milwaukee May 12, 2026 We are seeking hardworking and reliable Abatement Laborers to join our growing team. This position involves assisting with the safe removal of asbestos, lead, mold, and other hazardous materials from residential, commercial, and industrial job sites. This is a hands-on position for individuals who are comfortable performing physical labor, following safety procedures, and working in a team-oriented environment. Candidates must be able to wear full PPE and work in controlled environments while completing remediation and demolition work safely and efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in environmental remediation, demolition, restoration, or construction services. Pays $20-$25 an hour and comes with full benefits!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with asbestos, lead, and mold abatement projects Set up containment areas and maintain proper safety barriers Wear and properly use PPE, including respirators, protective suits, gloves, and eye protection Perform demolition, removal, cleanup, and disposal of hazardous materials Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment Load and unload materials, tools, and debris Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety regulations at all times Assist supervisors and crew leaders with daily job site tasks Work in residential, commercial, industrial, and confined-space environments when required Ability to wear full PPE and respirators for extended periods of time Comfortable performing physically demanding labor, including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for long periods Ability to work in dusty, dirty, hot, cold, or confined environments Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
