10:30 p.m.-6:30 a.m. | $21.26/hour We are seeking dependable, mechanically inclined candidates for full-time Heat Treat Operator positions in an industrial manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in machine operation, metal processing, furnace operation, material handling, or skilled manufacturing. What You'll Do Set up, load, and unload industrial heat-treating equipment Operate furnaces, bake ovens, deep-freeze units, and related machinery Follow shop orders, process specifications, and detailed work instructions Inspect, identify, and mark parts to maintain quality and lot control Prepare thermocouples and monitor processing requirements Use forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hoists Report equipment issues, safety concerns, and process deviations Assist with packing, shipping, receiving, and general material handling Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, machine operation, metalworking, heat treating, or industrial production experience preferred Basic mechanical knowledge and math skills Ability to read work instructions, charts, and production paperwork Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to obtain forklift certification Reliable attendance and punctuality Availability for weekend overtime as needed Physical and Work Environment Must be able to lift and move materials weighing over 60 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling Industrial environment involving heat, cold, noise, fumes, dust, oil, and moving equipment Required PPE must be worn at all time Apply today if you have hands-on industrial experience and are ready to build your skills in heat treatment, furnace operation, metal processing, and advanced manufacturing. #MEN001
