This is a hands-on role for someone who has experience making jewelry or is naturally crafty, detail-oriented, and a quick learner. You will assist with jewelry making and assembly, organization, inventory, order preparation, and other day-to-day needs. There may also be opportunities to help with customers and jewelry events, so we are looking for someone who is personable, professional, and comfortable interacting with people. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves jewelry, fashion, and working creatively and is excited to be part of a small, growing business. Responsibilities Assist with making and assembling jewelry, including necklaces, bracelets, charms, and other pieces Help prepare, organize, and package customer orders Keep jewelry, charms, supplies, and materials organized Assist with inventory and restocking Help prepare jewelry and materials for events and charm-bar activations Assist customers with jewelry and charm selections when needed Maintain an organized and efficient workspace Help with other day-to-day projects and tasks as they arise Take initiative and identify what needs to be done without always needing direction Qualifications Previous jewelry-making experience and/or strong hands-on crafting skills Comfortable working with small, detailed pieces Quick learner with strong attention to detail Highly organized and able to keep track of multiple tasks Proactive and willing to jump in wherever help is needed Reliable, punctual, and responsible Personable and comfortable interacting with customers Interest in jewelry, fashion, design, or other creative fields Able to work independently as well as alongside a small team
