Job Description
Key Responsibilities Research U.S. fashion trends, street styles, boutique bestsellers, and seasonal color directions Independently complete full jewelry design development: sketching, 3D draft review, detail confirmation, and mass production follow-up Create demi-fine gold-plated, minimalist, trendy, vacation-style jewelry that fits the North American market Develop monthly & quarterly new product collections, maintain brand consistent visual style Provide professional design solutions for wholesale boutique customers and seasonal promotions Cooperate with operations and sales team to optimize best-selling styles and eliminate outdated designs Ensure all designs are original, avoid copyright infringement, and support patent application Job Requirements Senior experienced designer with proven fashion jewelry design portfolio Familiar with U.S. / European jewelry aesthetics, boutique market trends, and popular styles Deep understanding of gold-plated, demi-fine, hypoallergenic jewelry production process Able to independently complete seasonal series design from zero to full launch Sensitive to fashion trends, color matching, texture, and wearable commercial design Proficient in design software (AI, PS, 3D design tools preferred) Responsible, stable, able to maintain stable monthly new product output Prior experience working with U.S. jewelry wholesale brands is a strong plus
