Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Locksmith to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining locks, security systems, and access control devices across various facilities. Your expertise will ensure the safety and security of our premises by interpreting technical drawings, diagnosing electrical issues, and working with mechanical components. Duties Install, repair, and service a wide range of locks, safes, and security hardware using schematics and technical drawings Conduct electrical diagnostics to troubleshoot issues with electronic locking systems and access controls Maintain and repair heavy equipment related to lock installation and security infrastructure Interpret technical schematics and drawings to ensure precise installation and maintenance procedures Use tools such as ohmmeters to measure electrical resistance and diagnose wiring problems Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and operational checks on mechanical lock components and electronic systems Collaborate with team members to develop effective security solutions tailored to facility needs Experience Proven experience as a locksmith or in a similar role involving lock installation, repair, and maintenance Strong mechanical knowledge of lock mechanisms, safes, and security hardware Experience working with electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting electronic security systems Familiarity with heavy equipment mechanics related to security infrastructure installation Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams accurately Technical proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic devices Prior experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) activities in a facilities or industrial setting Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to safeguarding our environment through innovative security solutions.
