• 1:15 AM About the Role Mill Machinist (Level 2/3) — Night Shift Genuine Machine Products Genuine Machine Products is hiring an experienced Mill Machinist to join our night shift team.

You'll produce precision parts that meet demanding industry and customer specs — in a shop that runs clean, organized, and safety-first. What You'll Do Operate CNC milling machines in accordance with company procedures and safety standards Read and interpret blueprints, travelers, and technical instructions Load and unload materials and finished parts efficiently Perform basic machine setups and communicate tooling requirements Measure, inspect, and document production and quality data Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete required documentation Collaborate with team members and provide feedback for continuous improvement What We're Looking For Experience & Education 5+ years of CNC Mill operation and setup experience High school diploma or GED Skills & Knowledge Intermediate understanding of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities High attention to detail and strong work ethic Technical Proficiency Equipment troubleshooting CNC tooling CNC programming Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working around occasional fumes, odors, and dust Why You'll Love Working at Genuine Machine Products Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (after 60 days) 401(k) Plan
