Full Job Description Now Hiring:

Full-Time Production Craftsman (Cutting, Dovetailing & Assembly) At St. Vrain Dovetail, we build more than drawer boxes—we build products we're proud to stand behind. This role is focused on the core of our operation: cutting parts, running dovetail machines, and assembling high-quality drawer boxes. You'll be part of a team that takes raw material and turns it into a finished product our customers rely on every day. No experience? That's okay. We'll train the right person—someone who shows up, works hard, and is driven to improve. What You'll Do Cut parts accurately and efficiently using shop equipment Operate dovetail machinery to produce tight, consistent joinery Assemble drawer boxes with precision and attention to detail Inspect your work to ensure it meets our quality standards Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe Follow established processes for machine setup, operation, and shutdown Work as part of a team to keep production flowing smoothly What Matters Here Drive
