Pay Range:
$44-56 Job Description Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum 8 years in tool-and die fabrication, including at least 5 years leading CNC-mill/lathe cell operations.
  • Proven proficiency with CNC set-up, programming (G-code, M-code, etc.) and CAM software (Mastercam or similar).
  • Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation; ability to work with 3-D tool models.
  • Understanding of inspection tools to perform in process quality control.
  • Excellent communication skills-ability to discuss complex technical concepts with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to safety; active participation in ESH compliant programs and proactive hazard identification.
  • Experience machining steels, alloys, aluminums, titanium, super alloys, plastics, composites, and AM parts. Desired Skills
