You will be tasked with running Star Swiss-style CNC equipment to manufacture precise parts that strictly adhere to customer requirements and technical blueprints. Core Duties Manage the setup and daily operation of Star Swiss CNC lathes. Manufacture precision parts to help ensure our clients receive high-quality components that meet all specifications. Analyze and translate technical drawings and blueprints. Execute tool offsets and perform necessary machine tweaks. Utilize precision instruments like calipers, micrometers, and drop gauges to validate component measurements. Conduct regular inspections during the production process to help maintain consistent quality standards. Detect quality or dimensional discrepancies and perform the required corrections. Help maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient workspace for the entire team. Adhere to all established production, quality, and safety protocols. Requirements Prior experience running Star Swiss-style CNC equipment is preferred. Capacity to interpret and understand technical blueprints. Skilled at using precision measurement tools such as drop gauges, calipers, and micrometers. Capability to perform machine adjustments and tool offsets. High level of detail orientation to support the production of superior quality parts. Strong mechanical problem-solving skills. A dedicated work ethic and a positive outlook.
