DIRECT HIRE ROLE

from day one

Responsibilities:

Setup and operate CNC Milling HAAS Machine Loads starting material into machine and unloads machined part from machine Deburrs Parts as necessary for Inspection and Safety Adjusts tool offsets and other machine offsets such as fixture offsets, cutter comp Aligns and secures cutting tools into tool holders and then installs tool assemblies on machines per tool sheet. Retrieves CNC program, ensures revision is correct, and downloads to machine. Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts set-up as required to make part within specification. Document results and get first-piece stamp for operation.

Qualifications:

Previous CNC milling experience Ability to read and understand blueprints Experience with precision measuring instruments Good attention to detail Hours are: Monday through Friday - 3:30pm to 11:00pm The pay is up to $35.00 an hour based on experience
