CNC Milling Machinist

We are looking for a Senior Milling Machinist who has mastered the art of the setup and thrives in a high-precision environment. If you are the person others go to when a program needs tweaking or a complex fixture needs building, we want to talk to you. We currently have openings across 1st ( 4- 10 Hour days, 2nd ( 12% Shift Premium), and Weekend shifts (6am to 6pm, Fri, Sat, Sun with Shift Premiums) at our Minnesota facilities. Whether you prefer the traditional work week or a schedule that gives you more time off during the week, we have a spot for a true craftsman.

What You'll Do Setups:

Take ownership of initial setups on 3, 4, and 5-axis machines, ensuring the first piece is the right piece.

Optimize Performance:

Troubleshoot programs, adjust offsets, to maximize efficiency and tool life.

Ensure Precision:

Utilize advanced GD&T knowledge to maintain tight tolerances and high-quality standards.

What You Bring Proven Expertise:

Significant experience in CNC setup and operation in

Milling Technical Literacy:

Ability to read blueprints, understand G-Code, and work with various materials.

Shift Flexibility:

Reliability and a preference for 1st, 2nd, or our dedicated Weekend shift. Will be discussed during phone interview.
