Coon Rapids, MN Wage:

$35.00•$39.36/hr. (Depending on experience)

Hours:

6:30 AM•3:00 PM | Monday•

Friday Position Type:

Full-Time | Direct Hire Benefits of the grinder machinist: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with match and profit-sharing PTO, paid holidays, and floating holidays Tuition reimbursement and wellness program Safety eyewear and footwear reimbursement Climate-controlled shop and weekly pay Duties of the grinder machinist: Set up and operate CNC and conventional grinders (ID, OD, Surface) Produce precision parts with extremely tight tolerances Inspect work using micrometers, calipers, and height gauges Troubleshoot machine issues and monitor performance Participate in 5S and Kaizen shop initiatives Requirements of the grinder machinist: 1-4+ years of machining experience (grinding background is a plus) Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T proficiency Skilled with precision measuring tools and ERP systems High school diploma or equivalent with strong math skills
