  4:00 pm-2:30 am Starting pay for this role is $25
• 32 per hour depending on qualifications

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate CNC machines Review programs, blueprints, and tooling requirements Handle both production and prototype parts—often complex, always high precision Make real-time decisions to keep quality and efficiency on point Rough and finish parts down to tight tolerances

What We're Looking For:

Completion of a relevant trade school program. Ability to read blueprints and understand part specs. Strong math & computer skills. Experience in CNC machining; preferred experience in milling Experience in creating and editing CNC programs. Precision mindset and a knack for making accurate adjustments. Knowledge of appropriate speeds and feeds for materials and tools. Good communication and the ability to work independently as well as under general supervision.
